GetFacade.ai is an AI-powered platform that helps homeowners and designers reimagine home exteriors. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your GetFacade.ai account using any of the following methods. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: Via Web Application
The fastest way to delete your account is through the web application:
- Step 1: Log in to your account at https://app.getfacade.ai
- Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings (click your profile, then select "Settings")
- Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Step 4: Click the "Delete Account" button
- Step 5: Read the confirmation message and confirm deletion

Option 2: Via iOS App
To delete your account from the GetFacade iOS app:
- Step 1: Open the GetFacade app on your iPhone or iPad
- Step 2: Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the navigation
- Step 3: Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Step 4: Confirm your decision when prompted
Option 3: Via Android App
To delete your account from the GetFacade Android app:
- Step 1: Open the GetFacade app on your Android device
- Step 2: Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the navigation
- Step 3: Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Step 4: Confirm your decision when prompted
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Account profile information: Your email address, name, and account settings
- Uploaded photos (Angles): All exterior photos you have uploaded to the platform
- Generated designs (Renders): All AI-generated facade designs created for your projects
- Projects and Concepts: All saved projects, concepts, and design history
- Render settings and preferences: Custom prompts, style preferences, and saved configurations
- References and controls: Any reference images and control masks you have created
- Subscription data: Your subscription status and token balance
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records: Payment history and invoices may be retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law
- Anonymized usage data: Aggregated, non-identifiable data used to improve our AI models and service quality
- Legal compliance data: Information required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
- Communication records: Records of support requests or legal correspondence, if applicable
Data Retention Periods
The following retention periods apply after account deletion:
- Personal data and content: Deleted within 3 days of account deletion request
- Backup systems: Removed from all backup systems within 90 days
- Transaction records: Retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations
- Anonymized data: Retained indefinitely (cannot be linked back to you)
